We're building AI coworkers that move real work — not demos. If you want to ship product that gets used the next day in real industries, this is your team.
You'll build the reasoning pipelines that let our agents handle WhatsApp Business cases, ERPs, and EHRs without human supervision. Not an OpenAI wrapper; we're composing models, tools, and long-term memory.
You've contributed to LangChain, LlamaIndex, or a similar framework.
You own the product our customers see — from onboarding through every conversation's observability. Stack: Next.js, tRPC, Postgres, Tailwind.
You've launched a side-project strangers actually used.
You'll work on the core components of our agent platform: from evals and fine-tuning to multi-agent orchestration. You'll have real ownership over critical product areas, with direct access to production customers.
You've trained or fine-tuned a model for a specific use case.
You'll work close to the CEO and Head of Design on the most critical flows of the product. This isn't a UI role — it's defining interaction patterns for a category that barely exists.
You don't sell software, you sell measurable time savings. You own the full cycle: prospecting, demo, POC, negotiation. Backed by a junior BDR and our solutions team.
You're the person who sits with the customer, understands their processes, and configures Sara/Memo/Maya so they actually save hours. The technical work is real (not just emails); the human work is what separates great CSMs.
Half QA, half prompt engineering, half domain research. You read real cases, annotate what the agent should have done, and build the evals that keep it from failing again.
Junior friendly. Linguistics or teaching background is a plus.
You're the first People + Ops hire. You design recruiting, onboarding, payroll, benefits, and office ops. You report direct to CEO. You'll have to say no to a lot of things.
Which means everything you ship is used by someone the next day. No roadmap-ware. No demos. Real work, real customers, real consequences — and the resources to do it right.
We're early-stage — what you build today shapes the product and the company tomorrow. You get an annual budget for conferences, courses and books, and a direct line to the founders in a flat org where great ideas win.
Transparent salary bands and an annual review. We pay well for the role and the impact, no negotiation theater.
Office in Condesa, CDMX for those who want it. Fully remote for those who prefer. Zero policy on where you write code.
Major and minor medical, plus dental insurance. Monthly stipend for gym, therapy, or whatever you need.
MacBook plus everything you need to do your job. Unlimited tokens on Claude, GPT, and whatever models help you work. Ask, it arrives.
Generous vacation + MX/US holidays. We close the last week of the year, no guilt. We care about outcomes, not hours in a seat.
What people ask us most before sending a CV. If yours isn't here, just email us.
Yes, for some roles. We tag 'Junior friendly' explicitly. We don't care about your degree; we care about what you've built.
Closed preseed in 2025. We have production customers in healthcare, automotive, real estate, logistics, and more. We're not chasing product-market fit — we sell to real businesses every day.
Bilingual. Internal meetings in Spanish, code and docs in English, customers in whichever they prefer. You need both for customer-facing roles; for pure engineering, English is enough.
For some roles, yes — they're tagged 'Remote'. For sales and customer-facing roles we ask that you be in MX or US for timezone overlap. We require at least 4 hours of overlap with CDMX.
