12. Website Data vs. Customer Data

This Notice covers the personal data we collect about you through this website and our contact channels. It does not cover the operational data inside a customer's own systems that an AI employee works with — invoices, tickets, records, and the personal data they contain. For that, the customer is the data controller and we act as processor under the terms of their agreement:

13. Changes to this Privacy Notice

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Notice at any time. Any modifications will be published on this page with the corresponding update date. We recommend reviewing it periodically.

14. Contact and Competent Authority

For any inquiry, complaint, or claim related to the processing of your personal data:

If you believe your request was not satisfactorily addressed, you may contact the authority competent in matters of personal data protection in Mexico, which now exercises the functions previously held by the National Institute of Transparency, Access to Information and Personal Data Protection (INAI).

This Privacy Notice was prepared in accordance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and the privacy notice principles in force in Mexico. It is provided for information and does not constitute legal advice.
